Had a shared bathroom that was always perfectly clean. Room had decent clean linen lots of light, heater, TV and Radio. Bed was a bit inclined in the middle, like a shell deformation... But was ok. Although previously informed, the lack of even a simple kitchen is a shame. The location is excelent but, since its the party city of Madrid, be aware of possible noise during the night.

Perfect location- we wandered all over the city and never had to take the bus/metro anywhere. The staff is great and very helpful with tourists' questions, though it helps if you speak Spanish. All areas were very clean. Our room was made up everyday and the sheets and towels were changed half way through our 7 day stay. It could've been difficult to find, but we met a local who helped with directions. I'd recommend printing out a map to find the place.
