We were entirely happy with the staff, the location, and the atmosphere. We wish that the wifi had worked in our room (it did not; we could only use the internet in the foyer area). Perfect location for touring Madrid - we came in by air and had no difficulty at all getting to the hostel via Metro. Very pleasant staff.

Central is the key word. The hostel is ideally located right in centre of Madrid! The room was small and the reception wasn't great but you get what you pay for: a bed, a bath and Madrid on your doorstep!
