The location of the hostel is ideal for those who want to visit Madrid. Everything is very close. Miss Margaret is very kind and helpful. La ubicación dell'hostal es ideal para aquellos que quieran visitar Madrid. Todo está muy cerca. La señora Margarita es muy amable y disponible.

It does the job and is pretty good for the price you pay. The only issue I had was that the walls are paper thin. I could not sleep due to noisy neighbours in the next room.

It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hostal was located in an awesome place, very near to Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor and the Royal Palace. There were many shops, restaurants and dinners close to the hostal. Breakfast was served in a very nice cafe and the food was simple but very good and the staff very nice too.

the only defect: the breakfast at the bar, not so rich and good. Really good for all the rest.

Nice hostel in the heart of the city center; hostel is very clean and rooms are very nice! The lady from the reception is very kind and ready to help every time something is needed.

Recommended for all!!

The only inconvenience has been that the first night, arriving at 1.30, we had to sleep on the same building but in another hostel because our room wasn't free... I hope this was expected, also if other structure's manager seemed to be surprised. Except this, the structure is great and in a wonderful position to visit Madrid.
