Hostel was closed at one point and we couldnt get in! Left outside in the cold for a while. This hostel is run by two of the loveliest owners who have great experience of travelling themselves. We stayed in a private room that was full of character but not very clean - but that can be easily fixed. the location is great to explore the wonderful town of San Cristobal. Excellent, helpful staff. The doorbell is broken at the moment so you have to knock. Sometimes at odd hours the staff didn´t hear the knocks so I was woken up a few times in the 3 nights I was there.
