Highly recommended! Great value, great location between Old Town and the Mariscol. Lots of cheap restaurants nearby. Very, very clean. Nice common areas and rooftop deck.

Hostel was great. Close enough to historical Quito without being in it. On the bus lines (if thats what youre in to...) Staff is super helpful with whatever you want to know, though, like most in Ecuador, they do not speak any English (Some very minimal) so keep that in mind. Cabbies will also know where it is if you write the street name down and tell them Alemeda (sp) park. Its a well known landmark. Also good local food in dinners close by. You should go here.

The beds were really uncomfortable, same with the pillows. Nice terrace. Should have more tables there to make it more cosy. Missing a tv-room, more computers and a place were you can be sociable. Nice owner, good breakfast.

Upon arrival we were kindly met by the owner of the establishment. Before asking for payment he showed us around the establishment, showed us our room and confirmed that everything was up to expectations. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shared bathroom was spotless. There is a nice view from the communal space. Amenities were very good, we had 4/5 bars on our wifi which never dropped, and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for the money.

The location is great, right in old town, but still very close to the bars in new town. The look out on the roof is a beautiful place to spend your down time. Breakfasts are tasty, filling & only $2. They are really helpful with directions and questions, and five you a great ma when you arrive.
