The lady at the desk is very very rude and tried to put us in a non ensuite room, while we already paid for an ensuite. We didn't agree and she was very angry. In the end we did get the rooms that we paid for although she claimed she was fully booked. She didn''t speak one word of English and kept putting up fights (in Spanish!): we moved the ashtray in the lobby a little bit to play a game of cards, we lost the piece of paper in the key with the room number on it, etcetc. Great location+clean.
