This hostel has an excellent location on the Main Street in Madrid. Only a 15 min walk to anywhere you like to visit. Staff was friendly but spoke no English. Facilities were very clean safe and quiet.

I stayed here for a full week with my girlfriend, and we had a double bed with an en suite bathroom. The price was very good for what we got. The sheets and towels were clean. Our bed was made every day. The internet was fast. The bathroom was always clean. The location is amazing. This is the HEART of downtown Madrid. There is a metro stop right out the door, and Callao is an awesome neighborhood for shopping and upscale bars. The Prado and train station are an easy walk. Highly recommend!

the location of this hostel cannot be beat. it is right in the center of madrid, near to the metro, puerta de sol, buses, gran via. the rooms are kept very clean as are all common rooms and bathrooms. however, during our weeklong stay half the time there was toilet paper in the bathroom and the other half not so much. the staff live there so we found it awkward to knock on their door to ask for things
