We visited Alicante when there was a heat wave. Maybe that was why the aircondition did not seem to be working at all in our first room on the second floor, which also had the worst bed I have ever slept in. However, we requested to switch rooms and got a room on the first floor where the bed was good and the aircon was working. So I guess it really depends which room you end up in?

advantages: - very, very close to the beach and city center - CHEAP DISadvanteges: - staff spoke just a little english - one bathroom for whole floor - very, very small and a bit dirty kitchen (better to eat out) - dark and claustrophobic room This hostel is really ok for maximum one night, when you spend most of the time out of the hostel.

Location is good, very close to harbor and beach. We stayed only one night and it was enough! Beds were uncomfortable and the noice from street kept us awake whole night. Balcony door was poor, it didn't work properly.

Great central location. Good facilities - clean and basic ideal for a short visit to Alicante.

I just was 1 night in this hostel but I like it. I had twin room with bathroom. Beds was comfortable, the bathroom clean, we had Tv and little wardroble. Staff wery nice:) I can recomend this hostel in 100%.

The location of the hostel was amazing ! It was just next to the main street with bars and restaurants ! It was also just in front of the port, next to the beach ! Because of the perfect location you could feel the real atmosphere ! Then, the staff was fantastic, all of them extremally nice and friendly. When it comes to the facilities, there was a possibility to rent an umbrella for the beach for free ! There was a also a small fridge in the room. In the room there was also a sink. Good place!

Cool and helpfull staff, good price for the night i stayed, and really a good location! at few steps from the beach, i will come back soon in jully and it will at the same hostel.

The place was value for money but the beds were very poor and kept falling apart. you'll find it hard to get a decent nights sleep with all the noise from bin wagons and passers by at 2pm and then builders at 6pm.

Room was noisy, the windows were broken and people were complaining of bed bites.
