It is almost impossible to find at dark. It is apx 20min from the downtown. The owner Silvia was very unpolite, unhelpful and not friendly. The accommodation itself was good, clean with nice view on the volcanso, but thats it.

Hello, we sent you an email to tell you that we could not sleep in this hotel because it was impossible to find (no indication, nobody knows it, wrong phone number and wrong email on your site and on the booking confirmation you sent us...). In this email you´ll find the details of the problems we had to face with and also a request which is of course not to debit our credit card for these 2 nights. We have no answer from you so far. Please to come back to us asap.
