I thoroughly enjoyed my overnight stay. Moni and his wife, despite the language differences, were very helpful and made me feel very welcome. Having access to the kitchen and terrace at any time was great. The room and en-suite were clean. The bed-linen probably needs updating.

The hostel is located on top of the Albayzin with lots of good restaurants nearby. You can sit outside on a big terrace and see at least some bit of the Alhambra on the hill across the little valley. Great place to have breakfast, which can be prepared by yourself in a kitchen and is included. City center is a 10 min walk downhill (15 up). Both Moni and his wife are very friendly. If you need assistance with whatever ask him and you will be helped. Parking is an additional 5 €/day.

This place was just perfect! It is owned by a kind couple who were so helpful and friendly - and more than willing to engage in some charades to overcome the language barrier between us! The location was lovely, right in the heart of the Albayzin, with frequent buses departing from down the street and going directly to the city centre. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked and cozy. Great view of the Alhambra too! Would definitely return if we're ever in Granada again.

The owners are amazing! Not only there to help when you need it, but very knowledgeable about everything in the area. The rooms were very clean and the view from the terrace was spectacular. Any time we're in Granada, this is the place we'll stay.

This was the loveliest place to stay - the owners were simply wonderful - so friendly and welcoming, and the hostal is absolutely beautiful and full of atmosphere, comfortable and spotlessly clean room and roof terraces with breathtaking views over Granada. A comfy kitchen where you went to make and eat breakfast, the ingredients of which (including a big bowl of oranges) were all provided. In the heart of the Albayzin - if the hill is too daunting, there is a little bus which goes up and down.

The location is either average or good depending on whether you like to be all the way up in the small streets of Albayzin. If you have a car I would not recommend this place primarily because you will feel utterly stressed out trying to squeeze through the streets. Otherwise, it is an amazing place in a good location. Walking to and from the accommodation isn't bad either, and there are bus stops close to the hostel. Friendly owners, very enthusiastic!

This hostel was exactly what I was looking for and more. It's in the picturesque Albayzin, in the center of a beautiful plaza. The owners are two older people, locals I imagine, who are extremely helpful and friendly. The hostel itself has plenty of character and is located in the most beautiful part of the city. However, if you want to be located in the city center, it is about a 10 minute walk down a serious incline, which was worth it for me because la Albayzin's great views.
