If you are looking for a low budget comfortable place to say in the heart of the city - this is the place! Hostel is in a great location, and the room we stayed had a suprising amount of character. Did have a slight problem with booking as staff didn't speak great English but managed to sort it out in the end.

This was our first hostel but certainly not our last! It was a great find and an absolute secure location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They didn't have small accommodations like irons or an ice machine or vending machines and the elevator was very small however the room was cute and quaint w/ just enough to make us comfortable!

The hostel was really cheap and clean, the room was big enough and it was really right in the centre of Madrid. The only thing which is missing is a bit of atmosphere and character. there is no common area in the hostel where you could meet other people, only the rooms, bathrooms and a small corridor. Nevertheless, the price was really awsome for the centre of Madrid! I would go back there!

Location has great access to all the major sites. The staff speaks English well. The only thing that is a little different is that in the 3 person room we had there was one single bed and one double bed. In the quad, we had 2 singles and 1 double. But besides that everything was great. Really enjoyed my stay

Apart the dust on the floor in the bedroom which didn't see a hoover since Christmas, the rest is really good. Staff are nice and friendly, rooms are well organized and the feeling to be like in a family house made the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Located in the heart of Madrid, it makes easy to go anywhere from there.

The most important aspect of this hostel is the location. Only two minutes by walking to Sol (you can also go by walking to Gran Vía, El Retiro, Plaza Mayor...). Staff is really nice and helpful and beds are confortable. The main disadvantage is that they have thin walls so at night it is noisy. I recomend to buy earplugs to sleep nicely.

We stayed there for 1 day, and we got more than we've expected. The hostel is really close to Puerta del Sol. The room was clean, decent shower and could accommodate the 5 of us perfectly.

Hostals are sort jof cheap hotels, definetly nothing like backpacker's hostels in other cities. The place was cozy enough, no common areas, everyday cleaning of the room and bathroom and change of towels. Bad thing the walls are VERY thin and we could actually hear our noisy neighbors having fun during valentine's day. Location is good in terms of being central and close to touristic atractions, but neighborhood is a bit poor and loud.

Hostel with the best location over the city. It has no facilities like kitchen, luggage care, etc. and it seems to be an apartment that became an hostel. The staff is good, everyone tries to help you, but, don't go for it if you're looking for parties inside the hostel. I really enjoyed my stay in there.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Everything was very clean. The rooms are all over a very busy area filled with bars and restaurants. This means that it is unbelievably loud until about 6 in the morning. Its worth the money for a few nights.

Staff were very friendly and helpful (although my friend did speak Spanish which made it much easier!) and the (twin) room looked better than expected. It was very small but okay for a few days and was clean and warm. Bathrooms were also tiny but showers were hot. Only problem we had was with a faulty blind. All in all very good value for money, would definitely stay there again.

I had a very bad esperience at this hostel, even if it's not related with the hostel itself. Althought the perfect location in the city centre, two thives tried to rob us at the entrance of the hostel at 11pm. For what it seemed, they are used to rob people over there as they knew perfectly all the steps to do in order to steal money inside the elevator of the hostel. PAY ATTENTION IN THE NIGHT.
