The hostal is not very easy to find - it only has a small sign over the door. The location is unbeatable, smack in the middle of Madrid nightlife and a walking distance to many major sights, but it has a downside: despite the double glazing, it is very noisy outside, especially on a Friday or Saturday, so don't forget your earplugs. Other than that it's nice and clean, the rooms are small and basic but rather well-equipped (including an AC with heating - March nights can be pretty cold).

Well located next to the Puerta do Sol. Main complaint is that the wi-fi and Tv signal is very weak

Good to stay.

Beautiful place, brand new rooms, nice staff, great location.

The place very clean, and the staff were very nice. In an excellent location right by the Puerta del Sol metro stop and about a 10 minute or less walk to the Prado. Only negative thing I would say was that the wifi service was very weak and spotty.
