The hostel is easy to spot, located close to the center, but in the quiet end. The room was simple, but clean, with bathroom, balcony and safety box. The owners were extremely helpful. The town is peaceful, very beautiful, not spoiled by the tourist business yet. A few restaurants and souvenirs shops. No beach, but a fantastic snorkeling and swimming spot. Great beaches 2-5 km away. The only minus: rooms facing the evening sun can get quite warm, so an electric fan would be very nice to have. We arrived at the hostel around 12am and the reception was closed. Our room key was left on a table with our names on a piece of paper in the entrance. The room was decent, and clean. The closest beach is a 20 minute walk away. There is another beautiful beach a little farther out, about a 20 min bike ride. Nice restaurants near the hostel. Seemed to be a safe area, but we were a bit uneasy that there was no security, and staff presence was minimal.
