Nice HOTEL (Not a hostel), which is why the atmosphere was only average. Friendly staff and very very clean. The location is right in the centre of Madrid and it's very secure. Towels are really small for a shower (judging on hotel standards as the fact you get a free towel is good by hostel standards). Cheap for a twin room in the centre of Madrid although we booked a double bed room and got two separate beds. Would recommend for a couple on a budget.

Very disappointed by this place. It said that it had washing facilities available but when we arrived there was nothing. We were relying on this so felt quite annoyed that we had to spend further time and money at a laundry mat. This is more like a basic hotel than an hostel; no atmosphere at all. Fine if you just need somewhere to spend one night but don't expect much

Friendly Staff, nice Room with good aircondition a tv and a wardrobe. The Bath was a bit tiny but clean and exactly what we needed. Staff cleans the room everyday. The location is perfect! We enjoyed our stay. Very recommendable! ;)
