we were abserlutley deverstated about this hostel , as we arrived the reseption was in the laundery room !!! no lift & my husband is 70 years old & had to carry our suitcase up 2 flight's of stair 's . we only stayed a few hour's when we looked for a new room to stay for 3 night , the hotel next door put us up no problem & it was beatifull. the hostel also charged us for 3 night's stay when we did not stay one !! we did ask for our money back but were refused ! the brochure miss lead's people

When we arrived we were told there was work starting at 9 am. We were invited to go to another hostel. The room only had a window to the inside of the building and the staff at the reception was sometimes smoking (we could smell from the room) and we didnot like the fact that we had to leave the key at the reception all the time.

Room was absolutely tiny and the bed had a couple of hairs in it when we arrived. Bathroom was also tiny but clean and the shower was OK. Staff were generally surly and uncommunicative. Great Location however, just a couple of minute's walk from the bus station and maybe 10 mins from the city centre.
