i've stayed there just one night and i wish i've stayed there before. It's a great place, the family is amazing and helpful and rooms are wonderful and warm. Breakfast was great. If i ever go back to El Calafate, i will definitely book with Amancay again.

Only stayed a couple of days, but my friend stayed longer. Nice relaxed atmosphere, accommodating staff and, if you like cake, as I do, you will love the breakfasts!

A great value for money hostel. Friendly owners/staff, nice garden area for relaxing. Our double room was spacious and had an ensuite and TV. Breakfast was pretty good. Good location just one block from the main drag and only a 5-10 min walk from the bus station. Perfect.
