Addicional facilities (like kitchen or dining room) should be considered. The prices are somewhat on the high side for an hostel without the facilities mentioned and with no meal included.
Dejan (the owner) was extremely friendly and informative. The only room me and my friend could find in Piran was a triple here - this was fairly spacious for two people but could've been a bit tight for three (particularly considering the €60/night cost). No communal areas so no atmosphere to speak of, but location is excellent (5 minutes from the main sea front and beach). Showers clean but slightly odd smell. Security v good. Had a good time here and in Piran.
Both rooms and bathroom seemed newly renovated and were very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice location in a small alley, just a few minutes from the ocean and close to a supermarket. The beds wera hard and wifi didn't work very well. Thin walls/doors so heard everthing from the staircase.
Good: bathrooms:guests ratio quiet Refurbishment not yet complete. They say items 1&2 below will be ‘fixed' soon Bad: Wifi only available on the ground floor in narrow staircase. Light there turns off every minute VERY hard to find. I walked for 20min with a heavy pack, with 4 different locals helping, but we all failed. Didn’t help there was no sign for the street name, nor a sign for the hostel Few cleanliness issues–sheets & smells No common room No info on Piran available, only map
