At first we were daunted by the sixty-plus steps needed to reach the hostel from the cab drop off. Then we were disappointed that there was a misunderstanding about the availalbility of a self-contained twin bedded room. But we stayed anyway and were rewarded by a great location, always helpful staff (Dolores), good Internet and a great fully equpped kitchen. Good restaurants, markets and a Metro stop were all very close.
