This was a horrible stay. We were the only guests staying in a prvt. rm w/ a broken lock. Ysenia the desk girl left alone in the building all afternoon went thru my clothes, stole my most expensive clothes, my bikini top, and every piece of jewelery I had w/ me. She denied it, although it was very clear it was her. Management did NOTHING.Her name is Ysenia. BEWARE of this girl and this hostel. The hot water doesn't work, and when I turned switch on, there was electric shock, so it needs to be fixed because it's dangerous. The location is fine because it's near commercial centers.
