We arrived 2 find the door was locked with noone there and we were then sent via a map on a wild goose chase to find a key which then didnīt work. So we went to try and get another one and were given then entire set of keys for the hostel and the key for our allocated room still didnīt work. So, we were split into two rroms, one which had hair an crumbs an the bed sheets and another which had no lock and no curtains on the vast windows. Rather than cleaning the cleaners were on msn. Lovely Hostel close to the centre of Vina del Mar, really accomodating staff and a ver nice cleaning lady. This place is conveniently located with a warm and loving staff. However, I was there in the end of July and it was FREEZING. The nights were very, very cold (sometimes it felt colder than outside!). The staff accommodated with extra blankets, but it was still painful. Also had some difficulty with the shower, as sometimes it would be either scalding hot or freezing cold!
