Facilities were virtually non-existant, TV lounge wasn`t more than a TV in their cafe which was very uncomfortable to watch without getting a crick in your neck. It was placed above the Internet, and the cafe had only very limitted hours, a few in the morning and only 4 in the evening. There was no way of getting a drink outside of the cafe hours. OK it was a bank holiday, but we weren`t informed that the cafe would be closed. There was not hot water in the showers and the building was freezing.
