We were mugged in Chile and could not go, but the hostel cancelled without any penalty. HW decided to keep the deposit though, so I will never use their services again. Bye bye

An OK place but serious drawbacks - Breakfast very basic/poor, self catering kitchen lacked even basic things like saucepans and utensils
