Very clean but slightly characterless hotel. No facilities except free WIFI. About 15min walk to the centre. We made a mistake with the dates at the time of booking on hostelworld and they changed it without any problems by email. Thanks for that. The AC unit in the room was very ineffective (was very hot the night we were there in Nov'11).

The hostel is in a bad location, the surrounding areas look creepy and the police siren was making noise all night long, making me feel in an unsafe place. Furthermore we booked a double bed room and received a 3 individual bed room, with the argument that the double bed room was more expensive, even when we showed that the reservation was made for the double bed room. So far I wouldn't recommend this hostel.

Definitly an excellent option ifyou wantto travel to TUXTLA, clean, sure and very well location.
