It's a pretty nice place and I wouldn't say no to staying there again. The room I stayed in was huge! Although the ensuite bathroom was tiny. It's in a great location and a very short walk from the metro line. You should probably stay here.

We'd been emailed prior to arriving late on Friday night to say the person on reception wouldn't speak much English but the email had helpfully explained the keys etc which would be given to us. The room was very spacious (Double room with ensuite) and overlooked the main road. It was rather noisy, but nothing earplugs can't fix! The bathroom was on the small side, though everything was very clean. The bed was comfortable and was made every day for us. Very good value for money! Would stay again

It has a really good location. In the middle of gran via, the main road in madrid. And the room was very clean and had a TV, too. I left my mobile phone in the room, but the staff sent it to me throgh international post. I was really kind. When I have the chance to visit madrid again, I will choose this hostel.

Great location, hostel very elegant, quiet and clean. The price does not include breakfast but that would be appreciated. Overall, however, is excellent.

The hostel is very noisy. There's noise from the street, that is natural due to the location, but there's noise from other rooms too. And there was only one room key available. I was travelling with my sister and we sometimes had diferent schedules, so only one key was really a problem.

There's not much community interaction, if that's what you're looking for. However, it's very clean and very nice and in a very good location.

On arrival, we were given a room which was noisy. The next day, the staff couldn't have been more helpful in dealing with the problem, and changing our room. The hostel (really a hotel) was a little expensive, but of excellent quality.

You get your own private showers and sink, so you don't have to wait for showers or brushing your teeth in the morning, they each have their own tv, and your beds get made every day! This place has a hotel feel more than a hostel feel, so this is a nice place to end a long trip to relax. However, English speaking staff is not always available, so brush up on your Spanish. But despite that, I would still recommend this place for couples, groups or if you're looking for a slower pace in Madrid.
