Rooms should be cleaned every day. Soap and towels provided.

Basic breakfast, it was ok. Had a private room for two, which was very large, clean, ... Internet had some problems, but you're not there to be surfing around the web the whole day anyhow. Location is ok, a bit out of the centre, but still pretty close.

Generally the downstairs is noisy with loud videos - acceptable if you are young, but less so if older - noise does carry up air shafts till late evening and is distracting if you are early to bed. We tended to eat elsewhere as we like quieter meal times with less of today's TV video fare. The one serious problem is steep stairs half a flight to doors requiring a card key at the top before you can access elevator, and no hand rail. Very difficult for anyone handicapped or limited mobility.

Lovely place with helpful staff. Thankfully it has lockers as I don't think there were any locked doors anywhere. Great location. Spent a good two nights here and recommend.
