My room #4 was up front on the 2nd floor above the street. There is a LOT of street noise. The room would benefit from window enhancements to reduce the noise. Clean, quiet hostel, 10 minute walk to the town centre. No Complaints, free wi-fi in room. Hot water a bit tempromental but managed a shower with some patience. On the positive side, close to Zocalo and very decent breakfast.
On the negative side, no hot water, guests locked in (or out) between midnight and 7 AM, staff "forgot" about my reservation and would not give me the 10% deposit back, located in a very noisy street (trafic and loud music).

This is a centrally-located hostel. It was not much fun as it was very quiet when I stayed there. It is a nice hostel, although it was slightly annoying that they didnīt give the 10 percent deposit paid to this site off the price of the room.This is a centrally-located hostel. the hostel is right in the historic centre of Puebla just a 5 min walk away from the main square,

The hostel was pretty dead when I was there. It has a nice area with tables, but all the lights were out by 10 pm so I could not use it to write my postcards. And loud music started around 8 am and prevented me from sleeping later. Furthermore, the posting is incomplete/incorrect: Internet is NOT free like is listed on Hostel World. The shower situation in this hostel is a joke. The dorm I stayed in had about 14 beds and there was a bathroom attached that had three locker room style showers. If you wanted any privacy when you showered you had to shut the door so nobody else could use the showers or the toilets. It was a mixed dorm. The shower situation in this hostel is a joke.
