Though I spoke at the check in to the owner about prices the fact that I had to pay 13 Euros PER DAY for parking was not mentioned with at all. On check out add. 39 Euros for 3 days were added to my surprise. In the 3rd floor it takes about 5 min after you open the tab for hot water to arrive. Breakfast ISN'T included, for an additional 3.50 Euro/day you get a basic breakfast. The room was clean but the common areas suffered from dirt. Renovating is a must in certain areas plastering comes of.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist woman asked a man to show how to get to the hotel by car because of Easter holidays all the streets were closed and it made difficult to get to the hotel. Though, I think hotel needs to be redecorated because it seems old fashioned. All in all - quite good experience

Beautiful place with character. Maybe could sort the wifi out to work in rooms so Skype/ FaceTime could be made without disturbing anyone in the lobby area.

Stayed 2 nights at Hotel Sierpes - our room (double private) was basic but did the job. Slightly funny smell coming from one of the drains in the bathroom, so we just kept the door shut & window open. Not a big issue however. It's true the wifi doesn't extend beyond the first floor (we were on the 2nd floor) but it was easy enough to sit in the lobby with the hostel's dogs...who were characters in their own right, if not a little smelly! Friendly staff - loved the old lady watching her soaps!
