Room was dark and cold. Bathrooms were in poor condition with no hot water and were unclean. We checked out after one night having previously booked three nights.

Interesting place, full of hippies. It's relaxed and the staff are helpful. Just bring a blanket as San Cristobál isn't the warmest place I've ever been...
