Extremely helpful and friendly staff! We had 20 questions and they answered them all!

Bus station 3 mins on foot. Many buses from and to old town until midnight.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly, very helpful, and very very accomodating. The area is far-ish from the old part of the city, but I didn't mind the bus ride at all. The cleanliness isn't 100%, simply because it is such a beachy/sand filled area, but definitely no major complaints. There were lots of friendly people in the area, and definitely a place I would stay again!

Very good Hostel

Relatively clean hostel with nice new en suite bathrooms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. However the are is absolutely awful, it's in the middle of leisure resort from 60's. Very noisy, drunk tourists and sepcially night buses passing under hostel's windows.

Fantastic! It was more like a hotel! Room cleaned daily, great breakfast, 24 hour bar. Staff was excellent!!! Very quiet in the room, bathroom was nicer than my one at home! And last but not least, it's seconds from the beach. Awesome!

The hostal (I would call it a hotel !) appeared to be a gift from the sky - excellent location, the most friendly staff, comfortable room, generous breakfast - just a continental style but eat as much as you want (they even have hot chocolate !)Oh, I have forgotten to mention - they change towels every day and towels are snow-white!

For the overall price you couldnt find a better place with a better location!

This hostel is the Arenal, not Palma. It's in front of the most popular beach in Palma de Mallorca. Staff very friendly and available. Clean sheet everyday and breakfast very tasty.

First time experience with a hostel and it was amazing! The staff is super friendly and speaks fluent English which for me was really helpfull. The hostel is located just a few steps from the beach and the bus stops. The rooms were great. The AC worked but we didn't need it. There was some noise though coming from the people in the streets and the garbage truck every morning which at times was a bit annoying. Overall I would recommend you stay in this hostel when visiting Mallorca! SUPER!!!

The hostel is really near to the beach but is not to beautiful! Is quiet and the shower is perfect! if you are looking to party is not this place!

It was definitely perfect! the english stuff who is working as a receptionist, was an excellent guy. He helped us a lot. Also the location is perfect . you can go everywhere by walking. Rooms are clean and new enough. I strongly recommend everyone to try that hostel. I will try it again for sure!
