Too few showers for the guests. Showers were unkept, flooded, and hot water was scarce. No lockers to secure belongings nor keys given to lock rooms. I stepped on a 5 inch nail while heading to the bathroom at night (hardly enough light)....had to go the emergency and get it removed as well as an addl tetanus shot. Discovered several other nails/screws strewn about the gravel which made walking very hazardous. Staff was very helpful and pleasant, but facility was not up to par. Wouldn't go back

Staff was never easy to find if you had any questions! There was no wi-fi and the only computer available was a laptop that barely worked. It was fine, but no more than that.

It´s hard for me to write an accurate review, because when we arrived we were told they were full and that the receptionist had made a mistake with our booking. We were taken to a slightly more expensive, but very clean and comfortable dorm instead which was nearby, but not exactly close to the centre of San Pedro. Wouldn´t have been an issue in a larger city but felt like a solid walk in the small town of San Pedro. Would recommend though.
