Very good hostel. Good, clean rooms, and the fluent-English Daniela on reception was very friendly indeed. I'd also recommend their tours of the geysers, Valle de Luna and in particular the lakes tour to Miscanti, Miniques and Tuyjato. It's not on Caracoles (San Pedro's main street) but reachable within 5-10mins' walk. Set in a quieter area of town. Recommended.

A very familiar atmosphere, comfortable beds and good bathrooms. The shower was a bit cold, though, but as we were in the desert in the summer, that was definetely not a problem. The bad thing was that there was no breakfast, but still, it was the cheapest hostel we could find in San Pedro de Atacama and it was pretty good (there was a tiny market on the cornet where we bought our food). And we could not pay in any other currency, only pesos chilenos.

Our host was very accomidating! The facilities were clean and adequate. We had a great time! Only problem was poor internt service, which seems to be a problem in all of San Pedro de Atacama.

Daniella, the manager was very good at trying to accommodate client's wishes. She was exceptionally helpful in her suggestions of where to shop, seek travel agents, She also organized and shopped for two barbecue meals which we had while there.

There is only one problem: it's impossible to sleep at night. the people make a lof of noise with musik, meeting, etc. How the rooms are close to the garden it's became very difficult to sleep. The tours are very early, normally at 4 am or 7 am,and then, we need to weak up sametimes at 3 am.

Very nice hostel, very clean, Helpful staff. If you´re looking for a hostel to party that´s not the right place for you, they have a family environment, the owners live right next door, so they´re always there for anything you need. There´s a very clean and organized kitchen with all apliances you need to cook your own food if you dont want to spend all your money on the expensive restaurants of san pedro.

Beautiful hostel! Matilde and José are the most lovely hosts ever, helped us with everything we needed and even drove us to the bus station in the morning. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's a little outside San Pedro, but very quiet and great to relax. We would definitely go back!

had a really nice time at tuyasto. The owners are just amazing and care about evry single of their guests. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a nice patio to sit and relax and hot showers. The internt doesn't work all the time, but with a little patience we got everything booked. It's a 5 minute walk to the centre and there is a little shop to buy water and food just round the corner. They also helped us to plan our tours in San Pedro de Atacama. Really recommended!!

Jose and Mathilde were incredible hosts. Made my first xmas away from home a lovely experience and were always available for advice. Its 5minutes from the centre which i thought was perfect, comfy beds and a great kitchen. I personqlly wasnt bothered but perhaps others might like lockers in the rooms.

The hostel is a 10-minute walk from the town center, relatively quiet. The place was clean, good value, and the staff helpful and extremely friendly. I would suggest only making the Wifi signal stronger and allowing more control over the shower pressures and temperatures.
