Ok hostel, though felt like more of a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. We had a nice double room and the hostel is a nice house with log fires for the winter. No breakfast though or even tea

I really liked it for a quiet place. We were supposed to have a room with a tv and a double bed. We ended up getting two bunk beds and no tv and paid the same amount. We werent happy about that.

We booked a twin with shared bathroom and were shown to a double ensuite on arrival! Checked with Victor whether a mistake had been made, after 5 minutes he confirmed no mistake. Clean, excellent facilities and tours which can be organised and booked through Victor.

We arrived very late at night and were very warmly greeted by Victor and Rosa with a glass of Pisco Sour. They also immediately helped us book ourselves onto a tour up the Volcano the next day. Location is perfect, right next to the bus stations and only 2 blocks away from the main street. Only negative was the 3-bed room was quite small and a little dark. However, overall a very enjoyable stay here.

Lovely rooms, great location, and two large kitchens...But this is not the place if you're looking to socialise! Hardly saw another person (including the family who run it) the whole time we were there. But perfect if you want a few nights of luxury and quiet at hostel prices!

Right next to the busterminal wich is very good if you arrive late at night. There are two kittchens. Rooms are clean and okay. The family is very nice. Would go there again

Excellent rooms, showers that work, friendly Spanish only owner and full use a of facilities after check out if you get the night bus. 2 separate kitchens and dining areas make slightly less social situation, but given so much to do in Pucón not an issue.

Everything was fine, the room, the hosts, the kitchens...It is a nice, quite place.

My first time hosteling experience ever and it couldn't have been better. Our room was clean, smelled great, and was within walking distance from the bus station and everything the village had to offer. I felt safe, secure, and very comfortable. Thank you Hostal Victor!!!
