This is a nice very very clean hostel. They even provided free use of towels and little soaps like in a hotel. I felt very comfortable!!! The only complaint is that it was a bit difficult to find as there is only a tiny sign over the buzzer.

We had a overall good experience at Vidamia. But there is a lot of steps to climb before finally arriving at the reception and there is no lift. Apart from that, the room was nice and clean, the mattress was comfortable and we had a (tiny but new) private bathroom.

The combination of location & excellent helpful staff make this a great home base to enjoy Malaga. Access is easy from the aiport via the train.

Hostel Vidamia is very well located, a short walk away from the historic city centre of Malaga. Our 3 bedroom dorm was comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We had a toilet and shower all to ourselves. The staff were friendly and welcoming. All in all highly recommended and great value for money.

If you have a choice between the deluxe double and the standard double, choose the deluxe. We didn't see it but the standard room has no windows and feels like a freshly painted white coffin. Staff very friendly and beds SO comfy. Great towels. GREAT shower w/ excellent hot water and pressure. Common room nice but no breakfast. Location off the beaten path--but still great for exploring Malaga.
