Villa Colonial was a terrific hostel - great location, very reasonably priced. The place was not very clean. The sheets smelled musty, the floors were not clean, the bathroom had not been cleaned. It was clear that the room had not been cleaned after the last person left. It is also very noisy since I heard doors slamming until 2 a.m. On the positive side, it is an excellent location with an excellent view and extremely friendly staff.
