Great location--in the absolute center of the city--but it was on a street with lots of bars and clubs so it got pretty loud at night. Also there was only one shower & toilet per floor for all the rooms without bathrooms to share, which was a pain because everyone was waiting for it in the morning and in the evening. The rooms weren't as polished or spacious as the pictures make them seem, but they were at least clean. The double with the bathroom was really small with a tiny bathroom.
