Nice little house converted into a hostel. I stayed in a private room so can't comment on the dorms. Place was nice and the internet was good.

Excellent Hostel - the owner went out of his way to be friendly and helped out with everything. Mac the dog is a great security guard

If you're going with an exact number of people this hostel is great because you can book a room: there were 4 of us, and we ended up getting a room to ourselves at the price a large bunkroom would cost at another hostel! Great location, wonderful owners, an overall great experience.

plus: 2 rooms shared 1 bathroom with tub, 1TV and 1 kitchen. nice terrasse nice and helpful people next to the bus station minus: very small room. next to the bus station --> a bit noisy but apart from the buses: quiet some rooms don't have windows.

You are part of the family. They are always happy and ready to help you with information and other things. Very good location. The atmosphere is awesome. It could be cleaner then it was, but it was not a big issue. Eric is an amenzing guy. Peace out.

good hostel but too expencive for what it offers. the senior was very nice!

Had a good room and loved that place. Directly next to JAC and Pullman. VERY NICE owner tried to make everyone happy by plying music until 12 and then sending the party kids to town so that the people could sleep. You share kitchen and dining room with the family so everything is very clean and you can always ask questions. Laundry sevice, Internetcafe and tour agency in the same building. Minimarket and bakery right outside. Would definitely go there again. One of the best in Chile so far.

one of the best hostels i have been. very nice family, you feel like home. they help you with every problem, offer some private tours or can give you tips where you can go. the rooms are quite and nice and its really close to every place you need...supermarket,busstation,bars,main street...and a beautyful view to the villarrica volcano !!!
