We stayed at the hostel for 5 nights and loved it! The owners were lovely and so welcoming and helpful...we didn't want to leave. It made our stay in lovely Pucon even better! Very clean and in a great location! Thanks guys, Your VIP customers :)

A really good experience, near to the center of Pucón, with a lot of commercial spots and restaurants near by, with a BUS TERMINAL RIGHT BESIDE IT. And a really cool atmosphere where you can meet a lot of new people and make activities for the day.

The hostel is situated right at the bus station! So the windows of some rooms overlook it and you can hear the buses. It is not very clean and rather old and needs some rennovation. The owned is rather nice and tries to help. Breakfast is not included and the kitchen is often overcrowded. It is one of the cheapest hostels in Pucon, but still it is bad value for money considering the facilities of the hostel. We stayed in a double room.

The host and his wife were excellent, very homely. Also very clean, which for me is very important. A great atmosphere, and you felt very much at home.

Nice hostel in a good location, very secure and good facilities. Owners are friendly and helpful, sorting tours for us and advising about onward travel. Only down side is that the walls in the downstairs part of the building are little thin and we could hear next door however not a big issue. Would definitely recommend a stay.

We checked in much later than we expected, but the Eric from management held our reservation for us! This started our stay in a very good way. All very clean, with strict but flexible rules. We had a very good room with our own little kitchen and everything. I recommend this Hostel in Pucon with my eyes closed.

The owner, Eric, and his family were very helpful, personable, and welcoming. Colorful enough character, but not too noisy. Great backpacker's spot.

If you are looking for a comfortable, respectful and pleasant place to be, this is your place. You will find very kind and helpful staff that will be very honest of what is worth to do there or not and the best prices. Although it's located right next to a coach station (JAC), no noise gives you an unpleasant sensation and if you are lucky, you might walk twenty seconds to get to the hostel! After travelling few months in South America, this one is a top 3. Thank you for your kindness.
