The hostel is nice. Location is great and facilities and staff are good. Breakfast was poor but this hostel has a good value for money.

I paid 5 nights and stayed for two. I had to leave because the noise was too much.If it were just the noise I would have stayed but the bedbugs were killing me and I had flea bites all over my body and couldn't stop itching. I went down stairs to complain and the receptionist was very cold and said he couldn't do anything for me. I went to a different hostel nearby and everything was great. I asked to get refunded for 1 night of 3 and was laughed at. I was low of $ and they gave no sympathy.

The staff is very rude. The room is not very clean and things are old and damaged. Poor breakfast. The location is the best thing about the hostel. Beer inside the hostel is cheap.

We liked and would recommend. The shower pipes were broken and breakfast was poor. Rooms were very clean. Is also a little bit difficult to find the bus stop at Retiro.
