During off-peak hours hot water is turned off, but can be turned on upon request at any time. No big problem, as this is normal for this area.During off-peak hours hot water is turned off, but can be turned on upon request at any time. No big problem, as this is normal for this area....Close

A short, but excellent stay. Staff got up as early as 0500 to fix a big breakfast for guests on their way up to Machu Picchu. I highly recommend.A short, but excellent stay. Staff got up as early as 0500 to fix a big breakfast for guests on their way up to Machu Picchu. I highly recommend....Close

Very professional and well-equipped hostel. Good location to start to Machu Picchu (although Aguas Calientes is very small and nearly every hostel has a good location to start the trip to Machu Picchu). Hostel is not that cheap, but the room was spacious and the service above the other Peruvian Hostels we encountered (e.g. complementary water bottles and soap, which is not standard in such hostels !). Breakfast also was very good.Very professional and well-equipped hostel. More of a hotel than a hostel. Staff were great, picked us up from the train station and provided early breakfast so we could catch one of the first buses to Machu Picchu.More of a hotel than a hostel.
