Hostal del Mercado * Youth Hostel Reviews

First of all, as the name says, this hostel is steps away from the market which makes is very loud and dirty. It is decent walking distance to other areas of town though. If you don't speak good spanish, be prepared to do some hand signaling with the staff. The place was pretty dirty and the bathrooms quite iffy (broken sliding screen doors, showers over the toilet). On a positive note, the one day we decided to eat the included breakfast (Christmas) , the hostess made us a huge lovely meal.
