We've been travel for 2 months now and this is by far the best hostel to date. We had to reschedule our arrival as the border from Argentina was closed due to the volcano ash, once we let Rodrigo know this he was so accommodating and it was no problem when we arrived 3 days later than planned, he even came to collect us from the bus station. It's a family run hostel so we immediately felt welcome and relaxed. They are such helpful and friendly people, I cannot recommend this place enough!

Our stay was excellent. The hostal is in 10 minute walking distance from the city center, but really close to TurBus' bus station and a supermarket. The room we stayed was cozy and clean. The hostal itself has a very good family environment, very safe. The owner is really friendly and helpful. Totally recommend it!

We had dbl room with private bath in the back. Room very clean and quiet, but small. Staff was very friendly and helpful, but only Spanish spoken. Breakfast was juice/coffee/tea, bread/toast, butter, jam, yogurt, cereal. Quiet neighborhood a 5 minute walk to major grocery store and TuTur-Bus depot; another 5 minutes and you enter the center/busy part of town. Not the place to be if you want to party, but for us it was a great escape from the crazy, noisy center of high season Pucon.
