Good and clean hotel. Location was good, we were there during Semana Santa and this was the only hotel were we could sleep for one night. Staff was friendly en helpfull. Cold showers!

The washroom smelled of sewer. We were only there to sleep so didn't interact much with staff but they didn't seem to know much English. We booked for two nights but when we got there they said we only were booked one night and the cost was more than quoted - I showed my confirmation from Hostelworld and after a phone call they agreed to the two nights at the cost quoted. Okay but the next 3 nights we stayed at Hotel Dionisio Inn even though it had some bad reviews it was definitely better.

Stayed for few days during semana Santa , great location, maybe two blocks from parque central. Nice little atrium grass area but a hammock would've been nice. Some staff can be quite reserved.. Liked access to kitchen, made meals. Dorm was never full even though it said it would be on website so it's worth just showing up without reservations ( finding this to be true at most hostels in Guate). Floors in dorm dirty. Bathroom floor would get really wet after only lukewarm showers.
