The most convenient way to reach the hostal is by taxi. A fare from the bus terminal should cost you around 4,000 Pesos.
If arriving at the airport, catch any bus going to the centre and ask the driver to drop you on Calle 12, 4 blocks west, you'll find the hostal. The same can be done coming from the bus terminal on a bus to the centre.
