    Basic room, no working heating or hot water, staff were in thick coats and there appeared to be only one heater for the whole building. Breakfast was a cup of tea and a warmed up roll, no juice, cereal, toast, in a freezing kitchen. Wallpaper hanging off the wall. only good thing was the wifi worked in the room!
