About Hostal Santa Maria
The Santa Maria Inn is located in Portugalete (area of Bilbao city) which is a village of medieval origin, located in the urban outskirts of Bilbao, next to the mouth of the sea, on the left margin of Nervión river.
The rooms are comfortably decorated and the view of the passing ships a few metres away can be enjoyed from our balconies and bay windows. The atmosphere is homely. Its privileged situation makes it very accesible by any means (train, tube, motorway, roads, buses).
It takes 20 minutes to get to the Guggenheim Museum by train and only 10 minutes to get to the Port of Santurtzi (Ferry Bilbao - Portsmouth).
