The best hostel I've stayed in so far in Australia :) Very clean and nice rooms. Could do with some more toilets but other than that it is a great hostel.

Hostel 109 is THE address in Adelaide for travelers who are looking for best value for money . It feels like staying with friends and the place is sparkly clean. The hostel is within walking distance of most of the sights and I hope to stay there again. The fact that the rooms don't have outside windows has a couple of advantages: it is quiet and cool.

The hostel is very friendly and very clean. The staff were excellent. The young people staying there seemed to be enjoying themselves. I did not enjoy the double room which was very basic with thin walls and the only window looking into the corridor. When the guests stay up till 4 am one can hear them from the room. The bed was comfortable and clean. It was my first time in a hostel. I would not want to stay there again.

My friends and I had an awesome time at Hostel 109. It had a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are incredibly genuine and accommodating. When we were here there where people here for different lengths of time and they were also all very happy with the place. Recommended.

Great location. Small and intimate hostel. We had a private room with two single beds. Free food (coffee, bread, milk, cereals...), free Internet (wifi and hostel computers), great staff. Small living area but large kitchen/dining room. Would definitely stay there again. Secure over night luggage storage. Very well managed. Had a great experience.

We had a great experience at this hostel -- the gentleman at the front desk was VERY helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious, clean and nice, and the facilities were nice as well. There were a few loud people hanging out in the common kitchen area late at night, so establishing some sort of "quiet hours" or some sort of rule like that would go a long way to making this an even better place to stay.

Excellent hostel with awesome staff and clean facilities. Thank you Deb and Lonnie for helping us with everything - the tours, leaving luggage, etc. Enjoyed the stay and def recommend this hostel to others headed to Adelaide.

Very clean hostel, and very homey. Towels and soap provided, and it is easy to access the hostel from the airport (via shuttle). Tours also pick up from this hostel. Rooms are cosy, but comfortable. Lockers in the rooms would be helpful, but the rooms were small, and I wasn't worried about my things. Locked luggage room as well, and free high-speed Internet throughout the hostel!!!
