I had a great stay at this hostel. I have absolutely no complaints. A nice, quiet hostel to match the town.

More hotel than hostel but no worse for it. Our room was ice hockey themed which made for fun decoration. The hostel is well placed to explore Garmisch although it's about a 15 min walk from the central area. Clean all around and welcoming staff. The breakfast is €6 but good.

Loved staying at this hostel. It was super close to the bahnhof and the staff was very friendly. It had a quaint atmosphere but didn't lack modern amenities. Wifi was in the room, showers were nice and there were free towels. Would definitely go back.

Hostel 2962 - Garmisch is the best hostel that I have ever stayed in after many years of hostelling in Europe and the Americas -. (This is not the owner making up a nice review!) The location is only a 100 yards or so from the rail station. The rooms are super clean, comfortable beds and a really good breakfast. It's hard to see how it is possible to provide such a high standard for only 20 euros a night. I will certainly stay there again

Location is pretty good, just 5mins walk from the train station. We stayed in a double room which comes with a balcony where you can sit outside. Our room also comes with a basin which brought great convenience. Bathroom is a little tight though with insufficient areas to hold your toiletries. Room is spacious and decorated (ours was ice hockey theme). Staff were really helpful.
