It is my second time in this hostel. A very good accomodation possibility for a reasonable price. The rooms are rather clean, the breakfast is good. However the cleaness of the showers and toilets leaves much to be desired. There is no staff there after 2 p.m. in the low season and thus no possibility to store your things after signing out.It is my second time in this hostel. Great location, good (although over-priced) breakfast, friendly staff. BUT, my shower was never cleaned in 3 days, they do NOT offer laundry (they told me they did, then later decided they would not). None of the lockers in my room locked. The location was great because it was next to the train station, but not so great because there wasn't much to do around it. Other than that, great for the price. Came with bedding and good security. Nice location for train travel, as it is only a 3 minute walk. Would recommend having a car if planning on travel to Neuschwanstein as it was a looong trip by buses and train.
