This hostel is in the heart of the city, located about 15 minutes from the central station. The staff was friendly and helpful young guys. They gave us a city map and some advices. The hostel itself seems a little worn down, its in an old house, but value for money is okay! Its a good place to party, if you wanna enjoy the nightlife but for us it was a little too noisy as we had to get up early in the morning.

they are very friendly and very nice . i would suggest it for anybody. it was ina way similar to hotel. i felt very happy there. thank you.

Its not safe n dirty. There is no wifi in the room, only on the lower floor but not the upper floor.

Niemand aanwezig; briefje aan de deur. Na telefonisch contact werd er geopend. Zeer aangenaam en vriendelijk persoon, echter slecht georganiseerd. Alhoewel gereserveerd via internet kamer was nog niet in orde.

Our stay was deffinately much better than we expected. We were taken very nicely by the friendly hostel's colective. People aren't as loud as we thought they should be and it's easy to take care of neighbors. If we ever stay in Kaunas - Hostel2live is deffinately the place we're staying in!

The guys who ran it were really cool, really friendly and flexible. Although there was a stated departure/arrival time, they were very laid back about it, helped us out with whatever we needed, and came out drinking with us, all that we wanted! I can't recommend them enough. It's not a five star hotel, but it's incredibly good value for money, run by some really friendly guys who went out of their way to help us. Thanks!

I like the shabbyness and unformal character, just what i was looking for:) But sometimes, since there was little separatition between private and official, the staff (young guy) could get too close to, almost 'looking after', my orientations and choises, which is none of his business.

very intresting place

We did not actually stay long, because the hostel (which is more like a flat and quite small as well) seemed really dirty and the guy we talked with didn't even know we were coming. The room wasn't ready: it looked as if it still hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests. Even though it is not very far from the city center and it is really close to the Arena, we had no problem finding another hostel not far from there.

No breakfast, no clean room, no staff, no hot water etc. etc. This hostel should be CLOSED!!
