There Was no water in the bathroom. The price Was Good but things like the cleanliness decreases the rating

We booked this hostel more then a month in advance. Week before our arrival we received email that they would like us to charge more as the owner changed. We refused and we did pay what we suppose to pay. It seems to be owned by family, who are there all the time, we felt like intruders, not like guests. Room was clean, shower was cold. We wouldn't go there again.
