we ended up staying at a hostel a few streets over because we did not make it in at our arrival time and our beds were given away.

I paid six quid so the expectations werenīt high. Awesome location, nice little old house, friendly staff, but itīs such a pity the building is in such poor condition. Worn-out spring matresses, only two showers for the entire hostel, one is a mold museum. Common room with junkyard furniture, poorly equipped kitchen. What a waste. Spend 20 grand on renovations and itīll be Londonīs top rated hostel (and you wouldnīt have to sell beds for dumping rates!).

horrible experience, we were sent to West Two Hotel, because the hostel was full. the room was very dirty and unconfortable. the beds were unstable, with horrible matress. we needed to move to another acomodation on the second day, so we paid 3 nights and only sleep one. we wish that this lines will be considered. thanks

basic hostel for a night's stay...beds were really squeaky and lacked ladders to get to the top bunk. Showers were fine, though dilapidated. lounge was run down but acceptable.

Can see why people dont love this hostel. Clean, secure and in a great location. Room and bathrooms were clean by about 10:30 every morning. Only complaint was how loud the doors squeak!

My luggage was stolen. I think it is needless to say how I feel about this. What you should know is that the hostel staff won't give a damn if this happens to you. Never again.
