I paid six quid so the expectations weren´t high. Awesome location, nice little old house, friendly staff, but it´s such a pity the building is in such poor condition. Worn-out spring matresses, only two showers for the entire hostel, one is a mold museum. Common room with junkyard furniture, poorly equipped kitchen. What a waste. Spend 20 grand on renovations and it´ll be London´s top rated hostel (and you wouldn´t have to sell beds for dumping rates!).I paid six quid so the expectations weren´t high. basic hostel for a night's stay...beds were really squeaky and lacked ladders to get to the top bunk. Can see why people dont love this hostel. Clean, secure and in a great location. Room and bathrooms were clean by about 10:30 every morning.
