One day the shover wasn\'t working and it was almost impossible to sleep, because my bed was squeaking so loudly! Would\'t recommend it at all!

Staffs are fine, but the facility is.... my room was in 5th floor which was too bad. There\'s only 2 shower booth shared. Bed sounds terrible and unstable. Since there are numerous number of long-term stayers, atmosphere there is pretty bad..... I could always see staffs are cleaning all the days, but kitchen and common area in basement stinks.

This hostel is horrible. The internet connection was so weak people would go downstairs near the reception to get connected. This made it extremely difficult to draft a plan for your day or for your week if you are backpacking like I was. There were two showers, one was broken and the other was dirty and had mould. The administration was horrible with the bookings and most people had to change rooms every night or two nights. Finally, the staff was rude and had no interest in their guest's stay.

Hostel 63 is not The Ritz, but it certainly offers 'Value for Money'. The Staff and Owner are great and do their all to be helpful and to treat their customers well. The atmosphere is friendly and everyone seems to have a good time. I do not know of a better place to stay in London if you are on a tight budget. Try it, you might well like it - I did.

there were mice running around the place, which was awful, the staff did not knock before entering a room (and considering the showers were in the room) that made me mad, the wifi didnt work properly, the bed and mattresses were so uncomfortable and out of shape i could not sleep, and when i complained about the mice all the staff said to me was NO REFUNDS which is a joke.

We booked Hostel 63 online, we showed up they let us know that we would be staying in West Two Hostel which is just around the corner, so I thought no big deal. Showed up at West Two Hostel which looked similar to Hostel 63 in quality. Room looked clean enough and bathrooms were a little gross but its cheap, so whatever. Once I got home after my 2 night stay I started having BED BUG bites show up. Now I have to have all of my clothes and my apartment cleaned professionally. Horror story. Period.

No lockers in the room, no breakfast as mentioned on their hp, staff was disinterested in helping guests. Clean hostel though and free wifi is plus.

I\'m not very used to hostels but this one was quite okay. A shame that there are not so many bathrooms and that they don\'t have mirrors! I was lucky enough to had clean and fresh sheets but the sheets of a friend smelled a bit suspicious... Washed? The rest was all fine, although lockers would have been nice. But it wasn\'t expensive and the staff was nice. Great that there\'s someone at reception 24 hours a day! All in all my stay was okay.

Dirty and scruffy and gross. However the beds are clean and you get what you pay for. I would stay there again if I was on a strict budget but I reccomend you try other places first!
