WTF is this hostel???!?! The only one good thing i can say is the location, only if you going to Notting Hill Carnival. The staff is sooo rude and unfriendly, except the manager and the security guy. They really don't care about everything. Wi-fi costs 2 pounds per day. I had to insist to get my free breakfast as described. Kitchen with no even one plate, glass, knife or fork is NOT a kitchen!! Sooo unorganized, a lot of mistakes, they sent someone to sleep in my bed. Twice.
great location, especially for the notting hill carnival, easy access to the tube just across the road, public house next door too. downside: showers are located in a cabin inside the main bedrooms, so if it's night and you want a shower before bed, you have to turn the light on and wake everyone up or not have a shower till next day. Not much privacy for showering.
It's been a wonderful experience for me. I think it is a very clean hostel for low cost traveler that needs a place to sleep and a great city to visit: London.

You must work for clean the room. You do a maintenance beacuse the bed is broken, no safety.
Worst hostel I've been to and I've been to a lot. Unfriendly staff, not very clean, no free breakfast like advertised, didn't seem to be very safe but very cheap and free wlan which is really good. Seemed to be a hostel more for people who stay kind of longterm ( a spanish-speaking comunity) and not for shortterm like tourists/travellers.
