Not suitable for family's! Booked a superior room, was mould on the walls and windows, room wasn't clean, people knocking on ur doors all night long, door lock didnt really work, no lift had I carry 4 kids 2 pushchairs and luggage up 3 flights of stairs, cushion for pillows, came out in a rash after staying, was horrible! Every time my little girl turned in bed someone next door banged very loudly on the wall and woke the babies up police riot vans and ambulances went by every 20 mins all night!

A cheap hostel. Who knows what comfort is not, but for those who want to save money is perfect, taking into account because it is an excellent area, I recommend those seeking a somewhat clean hostel,. Problem is because you have to smoke outside

The internet conection is very very bad and the fact you have to pay for it Is very sad, wifi should be free. The staff is ok, but with a friendlier staff it Would have been nicer. The place is clean enough and safe. The thing that That I didn't like is the Internet conection which as I said was very week and Coast money every day. Thank you .

This is not a hostel, this is a workers' sleeping place. If you keep it in your mind, and not except any extra, it is good to sleep there for the night. Thee rooms are too crowded with beds, with not so clean beds. However this is the cheapest place in London, and it is in the zone 2, so this is the cheapest option, witch you can choose, but I don't consider it cheap, because of the crowding and dirty. ..but this is London, you can't find better...

it is the worst hostel i have ever been. You are better sleeping in the street. Dirty, horrible beds, very noisy. We were 4 on that hostel and all of us got sick. The staff is just disgusting, no manners at all. When you ask them they are so rude and they look to customers like they were stupid as i saw it not only with us but in general with all. There is nothing good on this hostel. You have to give a deposit just for everything, even for a fork (no joking).

I think that it is very difficult and inconvenient to not be able to use a credit card to pay for the room. "Cash Only" is a hassle in this world these days.

It was definitely one of the worst places I´ve ever stayed in and I´ve traveled a lot! It is DIRTY, rooms are crappy, brakfast ist bad, the staff is o.k. but not the friendliest either and the location isn´t nice either. So the only good thing about the hostel might be the price, though during New Year´s it wasn´t cheap which is just normal! The bathrooms and the showers in the room are really bad! I wouldn´t ever go there again!

no lockers in the rooms (common safe storage doesn't seem as an option for cameras and laptops). No free space in our room - had to sleep with the baggage in the bed, old mattresses with recess in the middle and iron wire sticking out of it. Shower in the room is actually in the corner a result of what one get "wet feet" at 6 am while sleeping. missing ladders on beds. untidy toilets and kitchen. overheated room. friendly and helping stuff thou accepting cancellation of our stay.
